Frequently asked questions
1. Our will send you a 60-minute “on the way” text before your service begins.
2. The Scooper will arrive and clean the yard vertically then again horizontally to ensure its fully cleaned
3. We will double bag the waste and place in your trash can, unless the "Haul-Away package was purchased"
4. Once the service is completed we will take and upload a photo of your closed gate to ensure no dogs accidentally get out of your yard. Our team members will then spray down all of their scooping equipment with organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illness to other dogs, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Similar to a garbage truck route we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low. Our routes run from around 8am to dusk. We provide about 60 minutes’ notice so you are properly informed of our arrival. If you are at the beginning of our route, you will likely receive a 15-30 minute on-the-way text
We have a client portal where payment is processed. Once your account is created and you receive the email with login info, you can log into the Client Portal. Inside your portal account, you will have access to copies of all paid invoices, and records of past/scheduled services, and you can link your credit/debit card to the secure platform. After you link your card, we will generate and pay invoices on your behalf and send you receipts.
Payments for initial or one-time cleanups are due upon completion of the job. If you move forward with subscription services after an initial cleanup, you will be billed for the remainder of the month if any more cleanups fall in that month, along with the initial cleanup on the same day.
After that billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. If payment is not received before your first cleanup of the month, service will be paused.
